Fun for low handicappers and duffers alike, the Texas Scramble plays faster than other scrambles. Each player drives from each tee and the best ball location is selected. Then, only the three players whose ball was not selected hit their next shot from that location. The best ball location is again selected and three players (excluding the person whose ball was selected) hit their next shot from there, etc. This goes on until the ball is holed. A blind handicapping method (Callaway scoring system) will be applied to determine team net scores.

Trophies: Perpetual trophies are awarded to the best net score men's, women's, and couples' teams, as well as the best "pickup" team.

Course Rules: All golfers must wear golf shirts, golf slacks or shorts, and golf shoes with soft spikes. Denim and blue jeans are not allowed. Carts will be allowed on the course for our tournament.

Registration: Whether you want to play as an individual ($125) or be part of a foursome ($500), we offer two ways to register. Easily register online through our secure web site or print the registration form and mail or fax it to ICS. Your registration fee includes 18 holes of golf, including cart; unlimited range balls; golf bag registration at bag drop; and a western BBQ buffet dinner, plus a day of fun and fellowship!
