Join Us: CONTINUING EDUCATION

ICS offers periodic continuing education programs for our volunteers and the community.

Passages--Support and Education in End of Life Issues is offering seminars aimed at helping us address issues that arise at the end of life.  These seminars are led by Ms. Tani Bahti, R.N., founder of Passages and a local, nationally-known hospice nurse.  ICS periodically hosts these seminars.  Check back often for additional information.

Caregiver Support Group - Pima Health System's Caregiver Education and Support Program is starting a new caregiver support group in the northwest area, to be held here at ICS.  Click here for additional information.

In the future, we are planning workshops on the following topics:

First Aid and Emergency Preparedness
Personal Safety
Stress Management
Hospice

We also partner with other organizations in providing training and continuing education.
