The ICS Endowment has been set up by our Board of Directors to sustain our mission for the future. Endowments are invested over time, with earnings available to reinvest or support emergent needs as they arise. As our endowment grows, it provides a stable, predictable source of income for capital and operating needs, depending on the donors′ restrictions.
The Founders Fund was initiated and organized by friends and associates of Rev. Barbara Anderson, the founder of Northwest Interfaith Center, now Interfaith Community Services. This Fund will be used to build the base for sustaining and growing the organization′s work. Money raised in this fund will be used for activities that help lay a framework for sustainability for the organization. These are activities that are outside of the regular program budget. Decisions related to the investment of and use of this fund will be made by the Board of Directors.
