Interfaith Community Services counts upon your support and cooperation and is committed to protecting your privacy while visiting the ICS website. ICS values and respects an individual's right to keep certain personal information private. We will take reasonable and appropriate measures to keep personal information confidential and in a secure environment, including taking appropriate action in the event of unauthorized disclosure. The ICS Board of Director’s approved policy for Confidentiality, Privacy, Nondisclosure is available upon request to the ICS office.
What Information does the ICS website collect?
ICS may collect non-identifying information that your browser automatically makes available whenever you visit a website. This aggregated information is used by ICS to evaluate website usage and to improve our site. This information is not associated with individual users. When making a donation to ICS, we ask for your personal information such as name, address, email, telephone and any other relevant information. We use this information to: A) process your donation or request; B) acknowledge your support; and C) send you additional information about our programs and activities we believe will interest you. We may recognize donors for their gifts in the annual report, the newsletter, or other published materials. ICS honors donors’ requests for anonymity. ICS has a policy to never rent, sell, or exchange names or information supplied by individuals or businesses. If a person donates to ICS or registers for an event by credit card, the donor's credit card number is deleted after it is successfully charged. All donations received online are completely private and secure through an encryption process.

Since we are not selling goods or services on our website, we do not make returns or refunds.
What security measures are in place?
To preserve the security of your personal and financial information, ICS uses encryption software using a 128bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security through Go Daddy. This means that communications between your browser and the ICS web servers are private and secure.
