ICS Celebrates the Heart of Our Mission at Volunteer Appreciation Event

On April 23, ICS staff honored the incredible dedication and selflessness of our volunteers during a special dinner in celebration of Volunteer Appreciation Week. The event served as a heartfelt thank-you to those who give their time, energy, and compassion to support ICS clients and the broader community.

In 2024 alone, ICS volunteers donated an astounding 60,336 hours of service—an impact that reaches far beyond numbers. These hours represent rides to appointments, food deliveries, wellness calls, and countless other moments of care and connection. Our volunteers are truly the heart of our mission, and this evening was our opportunity to celebrate the amazing difference they make every single day.

We’d also like to extend our sincere gratitude to Desert Memories, who generously provided their photography services at no cost for the event. Their support helped capture the spirit and joy of the evening and ensured the memories from this special night will be cherished for years to come.
