Silent Auction
March 1-4, 2023
The Empty Bowls silent auction combines the excitement of bidding with the knowledge that every dollar raised will support ICS programs and services. The convenient online platform makes it easy to place bids from anywhere, so you can participate even if you’re unable to attend the Empty Bowls event.
Monday, February 27
Full auction available to preview online.
Wednesday, March 1, 7:00 a.m.
Bidding opens to all Empty Bowls 2023 ticket holders.
Friday, March 3, 7:00 a.m.
Bidding opens to the general public – no ticket required.
Saturday, March 4, 11:00 a.m.
See the items in person at the Empty Bowls event. Bidding continues until 1:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 4, 1:00 p.m.
Bidding closes and winners are announced.
Monday, March 6 – Friday, March 17
Winners who have not already done so can pick up their items at the ICS Northwest Office, 2820 W. Ina Road, during regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.). The deadline to claim winning items is 4 p.m. on Friday, March 17.
Claiming a Winning Auction Item
If you did not pick up your item on March 4, you may claim it at the ICS Northwest Office during regular business hours. Friday, March 17 is the last day to claim winning items.
