Ticketing FAQs

ICS is using a new event management platform for this year’s Empty Bowls, so there are several changes from past years. Here’s what you should know.

Buying Tickets

NOTE: All tickets for Empty Bowls are virtual. Ticket buyers will not receive a printed ticket in the mail.

General Admission Tickets

General Admission: $40 each (January 6th – Until sold out)

General admission to Empty Bowls begins at 12:00 p.m.

Ticket sales are final. Ticket holders can manage their guests through the online ClickBid link you receive in your email.

Sponsor Hour Tickets

Sponsor Hour admission begins at 11:00 a.m. Sponsor Hour tickets are included with all levels of event sponsorships. They cannot be purchased separately.

Raffle Tickets

Raffle Tickets can be purchased with general admission or sponsorship tickets. They are priced at 1 ticket for $5, 6 tickets for $25, 13 tickets for $50, and 30 tickets for $100.

Redeeming Tickets

Email Confirmation

After purchasing tickets, you will receive an email with a QR code for entry to the event. Simply scan the QR code at the door for quick and easy check-in. The email will also include a link to update guest information if needed, ensuring everyone in your group is accounted for.

Event Check-in

Get Event Ready

Guest Tickets: Register your guests as soon as possible to ensure they have access to the silent auction. After purchasing your ticket, you should have received an email from our ticketing partner with detailed instructions. Please look for the email with the subject: Interfaith Community Services-Tucson Event – Updating Guest Info.

Have the QR code from your email ready to scan at the door. Make sure all guests are present and accounted for before check-in.

Admission Times

*Admission times are strictly enforced.

  • Sponsor Hour ticket holders will be admitted at 11:00 a.m.
  • General admission ticket holders will be admitted at 12:00 p.m.
  • Final admission for the event is at 1:30 p.m.
