Join us for a free four hour training for Advance Care Planning Coaches
Learn to work one-on-one with people seeking to complete their advance directives
Training is free and lunch is provided. Your prior attendance a the community workshop “Honoring a Life: Advance Care Planning Conversations” is preferred but not mandatory.
