Communicating with Difficult People – De-escalating Difficult Situations (In-person)

This 1 hr workshop engages attendees with real-life situations and actionable exercises with learning how to communicate in order to de-escalate difficult situations. This workshop is offered in-person at the ICS NW office located at 2820 W. Ina Rd.
