Honoring A Life – Advance Care Planning – June 15

Honoring Our Lives programming prepares people of all life stages and cultures for transitioning through or departing from this life with advance care planning.
This one-hour workshop, held online via zoom, focuses on making future healthcare decisions, conversing with loved ones and physicians about these decisions; and, completing and sharing advance directives.
