Honoring Our Lives – Advance Care Planning Conversations – May 2nd

Honoring Our Lives programming prepares people of all life stages and cultures for transitioning through or departing from this life with advance care planning.

This one-hour workshop, held at Interfaith Community Services’ Northwest Office at 2820 W Ina Rd, focuses on making future healthcare decisions, conversing with loved ones and physicians about these decisions; and, completing and sharing advance directives.
