Honoring Our Lives Planning Conversations Workshop (Virtual)

Honoring Our Lives programming prepares people of all life stages and cultures for transitioning through or departing from this life with advance care planning. This 1-hour workshop focuses on making future healthcare decisions, conversing with loved ones and physicians about these decisions, and completing and sharing advance care directives.
