National Days of Service

Stuff the Truck
September 10 & 11, 2022

In commemoration of the 9/11 National Day of Service, ICS’ Mobile Food Bank truck will visit four ICS faith partner communities around Tucson and collect non-perishable donations to fill hungry stomachs in coming months. See the map below for locations and times.

The most needed items at the food bank:

  • Peanut butter
  • Canned meats: tuna, chicken, Spam
  • Meals in can: chili, ravioli, etc.
  • Canned pasta sauce
  • Spaghetti noodles

 


Donations will also be collected at ICS’ Northwest Food Bank:

9/11 Day of Service

The 9/11 Day of Service honors 9/11 victims, survivors, and those who rose up in service in response to the attacks. It is an opportunity for AmeriCorps members and the community at large to come together, make new connections, and work as one team.
