How the Program Works

For the months of June, July and August commit to take an ICS recipient to a personal or medical appointment once each week anywhere in Tucson. Committing as an ANYWHERE DRIVER allows us to maximize your time and desire to help others with transportation rides.

Each month we will do a drawing for a $50 gift card as an added incentive for your “anywhere” help! 2 cards will be given out each month. Individuals can only win once.

The details:

• We will try to get you as close to your own zip code as possible.
• Select at least 1 day/week to be available anytime from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and provide 1 ride within that time.
• Appointment times vary but usually are a maximum of 3 hours.
• Mileage reimbursements are available.
• Wear your mask while in car and interacting with senior.

Monthly we help over 280 seniors with transportation needs big and small. The summer months are a huge challenge for us. We know the summer is toasty and schedules are busy. We appreciate, as always, your continued support and love for the work of ICS. You are an important part of helping seniors manage their self-sufficiency.
