Volunteering at ICS is so enjoyable. You meet many wonderful people. At the end of the day, you also feel great knowing that what you have done matters. You have helped someone…maybe in a way that has changed their life.
Sally – an ICS Volunteer

Volunteers are the lifeblood of ICS!

In fact, our work would not be possible without them! Our 850+ incredible volunteers, from diverse backgrounds and traditions, provide critical services to seniors, the disabled, and the economically disadvantaged in our community.

ICS volunteers are an important resource. They help expand services and enrich programs. They share ICS’s spirit of love and cooperation, touching lives every day.

ICS has many volunteer opportunities with flexible schedules to meet many interests. Training and support are provided. If you have a passion to make a difference there is a place for you at ICS!

We need your help to do more. In fiscal year 2016, volunteers donated 54,978 hours of their time to help us provide 72,644 individual services to people in need.

Want to be a part of the joy of volunteering? Our volunteers say,

“I get more than I give.” Here′s how you can get involved:

  1. Review the volunteer opportunities for a list of our current needs.
  2. Become a volunteer by contacting Tori Carlson-Foscz, our Volunteer Services Manager, at tcarlson@icstucson.org. Tori will register you for a volunteer orientation and will work with you to match your time and interests with one of the many ICS volunteer opportunities.
  3. Check out the volunteer training schedule, mileage reimbursement information and volunteer news.

ICS is Grateful

We are grateful for your interest and support. Our volunteers are the heart and hands of our mission at ICS!
