How it works:

Answer Questions
You’ll be asked a series of questions about your household and finances.

Upload Your Tax Documents
Securely upload pictures of your tax documents, social security card/ITIN, photo ID and picture of yourself holding your ID.

Information Interview
An IRS-certified volunteer will call to make sure that we have everything we need to accurately prepare your tax return.

Your Taxes Are Prepared
To ensure accuracy and give you the best refund possible, each tax return goes through a quality review process with a second IRS-certified volunteer.
