Strategic Plan

At Interfaith Community Services, strategic planning is much more than a periodic exercise. It is our way to ensure that we identify community needs and focus our resources to meet those needs effectively and efficiently.

Our 2020-2023 plan has been influenced by many sources—community leaders’ interviews, surveys of clients, faith communities, and volunteers, staff and board discussions, and input from small group meetings. Our plan for the coming years is firmly rooted in our agency values and our commitment to our mission “to help people in need achieve stable, healthy and independent lives.”
